The Medicare name and logo are used for identification purposes only. Medicare Reviews does not provide Medicare benefits, does not make eligibility determinations on behalf of CMS, and does not issue Medicare cards or enrollment confirmations.

Medicare Reviews functions as a Third Party Marketing Organization ("TPMO") within the meaning of applicable CMS regulations, including 42 C.F.R. §§ 422.2260–422.2276 (Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing) and 42 C.F.R. §§ 423.2260–423.2276 (Prescription Drug Plan marketing), as amended. As a TPMO, we may display plan information, facilitate comparisons, and connect Medicare-eligible individuals with licensed insurance producers and carrier enrollment channels.

Plan availability, premiums, cost-sharing, provider networks, formularies, and star ratings displayed on this site are sourced from CMS-approved data feeds and carrier materials and may change without notice. Display of a plan does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of that plan.

Marketing content on this site is subject to CMS prior approval requirements where applicable. We maintain records of marketing materials and TPMO oversight procedures in accordance with applicable federal regulations and carrier appointment agreements.

When you request enrollment assistance, speak with an agent, or complete an enrollment initiated through Medicare Reviews, you understand and agree that:

• The writing agent or licensed producer assigned to facilitate your application is appointed with, supervised by, and assigned to Centuries Mutual LLC for purposes of commission allocation, compliance oversight, and carrier reporting, unless otherwise disclosed at the time of enrollment.
• Centuries Mutual LLC acts as the agency of record for applications submitted through Medicare Reviews unless a different appointed entity is expressly identified in writing before you enroll.
• Licensed producers may be compensated on a commission, fee, or other basis permitted by applicable state insurance law and carrier contracts. Compensation does not affect your premium, deductible, or cost-sharing under a Medicare plan.
• Enrollment in a Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), or Part D plan is subject to the plan's contract with CMS (where applicable) and the issuing carrier's terms. Centuries Mutual LLC is not the insurer and does not guarantee coverage approval.
• You have the right to enroll directly with a carrier or through any licensed agent of your choice without using Medicare Reviews.

Centuries Mutual LLC maintains producer licensing, errors-and-omissions coverage, and appointment records as required by applicable state departments of insurance and carrier agreements. Questions regarding producer assignment may be directed to compliance@medicarereviews.com.

The Sponsored Advertising Engagement Wallet ("Wallet") is a separate, optional program offered by Centuries Mutual LLC through Medicare Reviews. The Wallet is not a Medicare benefit, is not part of any Medicare plan, is not endorsed by CMS, and does not affect Medicare eligibility, premiums, or benefits.

• Wallet credits, if any, accrue only when eligible, labeled sponsored advertisements are delivered to a connected account in accordance with program rules disclosed at activation.
• Participation in the Wallet is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining plan information, speaking with a licensed producer, or enrolling in Medicare coverage.
• Wallet payouts are promotional in nature, may be subject to minimum thresholds, tax reporting, and identity verification, and may be modified or discontinued with notice as permitted by applicable law and the Terms and Conditions.
• Advertising delivered in connection with the Wallet must comply with applicable federal and state marketing laws, including CMS TPMO requirements when Medicare-related content is presented. Sponsored content is identified as such.

Information you submit—including ZIP code, contact details, and plan preferences—may be used to display plan options, route you to a licensed producer, and fulfill regulatory recordkeeping. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Notice.
