You can register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry to reduce telemarketing calls from legitimate sellers. Registration is free. Most sales calls should stop within 31 days of listing your number.
Visit donotcall.gov →During Medicare enrollment periods, you may receive more plan-marketing calls. Plans and agents must follow federal marketing rules. If you asked not to be contacted, tell the caller to place you on their do-not-call list and keep a record of the date and company name.
